The two human checks are fixed: no preview reaches you and no site goes live without a person at VEONIO looking at it.

What does it cost in total?
Your bet of €50 up front, the remaining €450 only if you like the preview, then your plan from €25 a month, billed yearly in advance. More pages and add-ons cost extra, and the calculator shows every item. All prices are net.
Why don’t I get the €50 back?
Because it pays for real work: building your preview. That is the bet. You risk €50, we risk the rest of the work. If you don’t like the preview, you pay nothing more.
Are changes included?
One round, yes. It starts once you have paid the remaining €450 and the first year of your plan. You send your wishes as one list in the portal: text and image changes, the order of sections, small tweaks to colours and layout. Every change after that runs through your plan. If the preview is of no use to you, you don’t carry on: the €50 stays with us and we delete the preview.
Why do I need a plan?
Your new site runs on our setup, and the plan covers hosting, changes through your client portal and statistics. It is billed yearly in advance: Care €25 / month, Growth €40 / month and Pro €100 / month.
Why businesses only?
The offer, with a bet that is not refunded, is made for businesses. You order with your company name and VAT ID, and all prices are net.
What if I have no logo, texts or photos yet?
You can still start. The questions ask what you have, and we go through the rest with you in a short briefing after your bet.
What does the blog article include?
One blog article is part of the fixed price, if you want it. Regular articles are bookable add-ons; the calculator lists them with their prices, or “price on request” where we haven’t set one yet.
Is the new site safe?
Your site is made of pre-built pages delivered over a global network. There is no WordPress, no plugin and no database that needs patching, so there is far less to attack. Its DNS runs on VEONIO’s Cloudflare, and every change goes through your portal, approved by a person.
What about privacy?
We set up Cloudflare Web Analytics for your new site when it goes live, so you can see visit numbers in the client portal. It needs no cookies and no cookie banner. The questions on this page run in your browser and save nothing. Payments run through Stripe in our client portal.
Will people find me on Google?
We build fast pages that work well on phones, each with its own title and description. Nobody can promise rankings, so we don’t. Regular articles help over time, and you can book them as add-ons.
What happens to my domain and e-mail?
If you have a domain, it stays registered where it is. Only its DNS moves to VEONIO’s Cloudflare, and we guide you through the steps. We keep your mail records, so e-mail on your domain keeps working. No domain yet? Tell us in the briefing.
I need more than 15 pages. What now?
Then the price follows the size. The calculator shows the price for extra pages, or “price on request” where we quote it individually. For bigger sites the preview may be limited, and we tell you before you pay.
Which projects need a conversation first?
Online shops, booking systems and other new features, and domains whose DNS can’t easily move. If you tick a shop or booking system in the questions, you see “let’s talk first” instead of a payment button.
