Which clouds do you support?
Our go-tos are Cloudflare (fast websites and apps at the edge), AWS and Google Cloud (when you need their full toolbox) and Hetzner (German, EU data centres, great value). DigitalOcean and Microsoft Azure work too. We recommend based on your needs and budget, and because everything is defined as code, switching later stays realistic.
Do I pay the cloud provider directly?
Your choice: pay the provider directly, or we pass the bill through at cost on one invoice.
Can you host in the EU only?
Yes. We can run everything in EU regions such as Frankfurt or Dublin, or with Hetzner, a German provider with data centres in Germany and Finland.
What happens when something breaks?
Alerts go to us, not to you. You get a clear escalation path and a documented fix. Response times are agreed in writing in your proposal.
Can we leave anytime?
Yes, with one month’s notice. Everything is documented as code, so the handover is simple.
